1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The FRGW13 series High-voltage Outdoor Grounding Disconnect/Isolation Switch is an AC 50Hz outdoor device used for connecting the neutral points of transformers during load-free conditions. The isolation switch consists of a bracket, base, pillar insulator, contact, and wiring board. The pillar insulators and conductive parts are installed on the base, with the angle between the two pillar insulators being 50°. The base is fixed on a bracket inclined at 25°. The bracket is equipped with a shaft connected to the operating mechanism. It can be equipped with the CS17 manual operating mechanism or the CJ6 electric operating mechanism.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES
2.1 This isolation switch adopts a double-pillar center-opening structure with a rotating contact, which has the ability to self-clean the contact and improve contact reliability.
2.2 The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed to be maintenance-free. The rotating seat is designed as a sealed structure, preventing water vapor, dust, and harmful gases from entering. This ensures that the bearings and lithium-based molybdenum disulfide lubricating oil always work in a good environment, preventing rusting of the bearings and loss of lubricating grease. The stainless steel shaft pin is matched with a structure of oil-free self-lubricating bearings. The steel parts are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection, ensuring that the isolation switch operates flexibly, lightly, reliably, and never corrodes.
