1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The FRZW8 series intelligent outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the intelligent circuit breaker) is used for three-phase power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 10-12kV. It is used for breaking and closing load currents and has functions such as overload protection, short circuit protection, instantaneous trip protection, time-limited delay protection, and automatic reclosing. It can also be equipped with lightning arresters or isolation switches according to user needs (referred to as "combined intelligent circuit breakers"). The intelligent circuit breaker has its own power supply and can be remotely controlled nearby. It is equipped with CT and PT interfaces to meet telemetry requirements.

2. PRODUCT FEATURE
The FRZW8 series adopts a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, air insulation, and is equipped with an electric spring operating mechanism, which enhances the arc-extinguishing ability, increases the number of short-circuit interruptions, eliminates the risk of fire, expolsion, and provides convenient operation. It is a highly practical product with excellent performance.
The overall structure of this product adopts a three-phase common box type, with bushing inlet and outlet. The interior of the box is filled with dry air. The electric spring operating mechanism is arranged on the side of the box, allowing reliable use even in harsh environmental conditions.
The vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber of this product is enclosed in a ceramic shell, with a cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure and copper-chromium contact material, providing excellent breaking and closing short-circuit current capabilities.
This product is compact in size, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing. The vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and insulation support bushing are designed to be compact. The outgoing conductive rod is coated with silicone rubber, making it suitable for harsh weather conditions and polluted environments.

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The FRZW8 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is designed for use in 50Hz three-phase AC power systems. It is primarily used for breaking and closing the load current, no-load current, and short-circuit current of 10kV power grids in urban areas. It can also be used as a sectional switch for rural power grids and small-scale power systems. This product is an oil-free replacement for both urban and rural power grids.
