FGW7-126 Outdoor HV Disconnector

The FGW7-126 Outdoor High Voltage Disconnector is a three-phase AC 50Hz switchgear designed for 220kV power systems. It is mainly used to disconnect and isolate high-voltage equipment such as busbars and circuit breakers during maintenance, ensuring a visible insulation distance for safe operation. This disconnector is engineered with superior performance, reliable structure, and outstanding anti-corrosion treatment, making it highly suitable for substations and transmission networks.

Overview


The FGW7-126 disconnector is intended for use in three-phase AC 50Hz, 220kV power systems to switch lines under no-load conditions and to isolate equipment for maintenance. The product complies with GB1985 and IEC62271-102 standards. Key environmental and operating conditions include altitude ≤ 2000 m, ambient temperature range -40°C to +40°C, maximum wind speed 34 m/s, seismic resistance with horizontal acceleration 0.25g and vertical acceleration 0.125g, ice coating thickness ≤ 10 mm, and insulator pollution levels III (25 mm/kV) or IV (31 mm/kV). The installation site should be free of flammable, explosive or chemically corrosive substances and not subject to frequent, severe vibration.
