LW36-126 Outdoor HV SF6 Circuit Breaker

The LW36-126/3150-40 SF6 circuit breaker is an outdoor three-phase high-voltage device designed for AC 50Hz, 126kV power systems. It operates reliably at altitudes up to 2000 meters (special designs available for above 3000 meters), in environments as cold as -40℃, and in regions with pollution levels up to Class IV. Using SF6 gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium, and equipped with a modern spring operating mechanism, this breaker offers long electrical life, low operating power, minimal noise, and high reliability. Its compact design, long maintenance-free interval, and advanced technology make it a strong alternative to imported products.

LW36-126 SF6 Circuit Breaker Overview

This breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain post single-break structure, operated by a centrally located spring mechanism that drives all three poles simultaneously. Its SF6 chamber is interconnected across all three poles, monitored by a pointer-type density relay. With optimized motion system design and self-energy arc-extinguishing principle, it achieves high mechanical efficiency and reduced operating power. The breaker is resistant to corrosion due to hot-dip galvanizing and stainless-steel components, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.
